Happy to share my latest Op-Ed, which ran today in the Miami Herald, Kansas City Star and Charlotte Observer, on the recent campus unrest and the parallels to Jan. 6.
As I noted in the piece:
Protest stops being protest, and stops being about free speech, when angry mobs use their sudden leverage to shut down all other points of view.
The point, simply, is that you have the right to free speech, the right to protest and share your points of view – but you don’t have the unfettered right to shut down discourse and deprive others of their liberty.
